Have you put your business resolutions in writing?

Here at HomeSurf USA, we did. One of our business resolutions for the new year is to help you be more successful.

Welcome to the first of our monthly newsletters. We often receive questions that, as real estate marketing consultants, we feel may benefit you to hear the answers. This newsletter is our way of sharing proven marketing tips and experiences (testimonials). Here at HomeSurf USA, we are constantly doing research for you. We are using the latest technologies available to track leads, target markets, and provide new programming techniques. We are attending the real estate conferences, meeting the vendors, and hearing the experts so that we can in turn provide the information to you, leaving you available to focus on meeting the needs of your clients.

There is more competition in the real-estate industry than ever. In some of our markets, there are twice as many homes listed this year as last! Are there twice as many buyers? Your long-term success in real estate depends on you being innovative in your marketing approach:

  • Coordinate your marketing efforts. Does everything you are doing work together?

  • Do you know where your leads are coming from?

  • Do your customers come back to you?

  • Does your marketing revolve around YOU or your SERVICE?

As you evaluate the answers, write down what you will do differently to put yourself ahead. Set goals. Write them down. Break them down into manageable pieces. Evaluate them often and adjust them as necessary. Start now.
