Report to FTC Charges Realtor Association Price Fixing, Urges National MLS
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- A report to the Federal Trade
Commission accuses the National Association of Realtors of fixing prices and
restraining trade. The report's author, David Barry, calls for Congress to
establish a national multiple listing service and for the U.S. Department of
